Who We Are – Simplified Impact CIC

Simplified Impact CIC is a community-interest company founded by educators and community leaders who share a deep passion for empowering individuals through learning, mentoring, and wellbeing. Based in Hertfordshire, we exist to make education and personal growth accessible to everyone – particularly children, young people, families, and vulnerable adults who may otherwise be left behind.

We were created in response to the growing gap between academic support and community wellbeing. Many families in our local communities struggle with barriers such as limited educational access, social isolation, low confidence, or language and cultural challenges. Simplified Impact CIC was established to provide targeted, inclusive, and practical support that helps people overcome these barriers and reach their full potential.

As a not-for-profit social enterprise, every decision we make and every project we deliver is guided by community need – not profit. Any surplus we generate is reinvested directly into programmes that create positive, lasting change.
